Diese ÖNORM ist für Dübel anzuwenden, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Außenwand-Wärmedämm-Verbundsysteme (WDVS) gemäß ÖNORM B 6400 und ÖNORM B 6405 zusätzlich zur Verklebung am Untergrund - auch zur Abtragung horizontaler Windsogkräfte und zur Sicherstellung eines dauerhaften Reibschlusses - mechanisch zu befestigen. Diese Dübel werden durch den Dämmstoff bis in den tragenden Untergrund versetzt und müssen über eine entsprechende Europäisch-Technische Zulassung für diese Anwendung verfügen und CE-gekennzeichnet sein. Sie enthält in Kombination mit ETAG 014 die für die Güteprüfung und Gütesicherung notwendigen Anforderungen und Prüfbestimmungen.
