Diese ÖNORM ist für nach ETAG 014 geprüfte Dübel anzuwenden, die dazu bestimmt sind, die Außenwand-Wärmedämm-Verbundsysteme gemäß ÖNORM B 6110 und ÖNORM B 6135 zusätzlich zur Verklebung am Untergrund - auch zur Abtragung horizontaler Windsogkräfte und zur Sicherstellung eines dauerhaften Reibschlusses - mechanisch zu befestigen. Sie enthält in Kombination mit ETAG 014 die für die Güteprüfung und Gütesicherung notwendigen Anforderungen und Prüfbestimmungen. Sofern der Dübel nicht den Vorgaben der ETAG 014 entspricht, ist seine Eignung im Gesamtsystem gemäß ETAG 004 nachzuweisen.
