The present Austrian Standard shall be used for basic verification of firing systems. It shall be applied to systems fired with liquid fuels according to ÖNORM C 1108 and ÖNORM C 1109, ONR 31115 and combustible gases according to ÖNORM C 1301 and ÖVGW G 31 (for natural gas) as well as liquid biogenic fuels according to ÖNORM EN 14213. The verification described in this ÖNORM shall be used to determinate the correct function of the wastegas heat as well as emissions of carbon monoxide and, in addition, to determinate the smoke soot number for liquid fuels.
