Die Norm ist grundsätzlich nur für solche Hei- zungsanlagen anzuwenden, für die nach den einschlägigen österreichischen landes- und bundesgesetzlichen Regelungen Heizräume und/oder Brennstofflagerräume erforderlich sind. Die Norm unterscheidet bauliche, betriebliche, technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen.
