Die Norm ist für Kleber (Klebemörtel) anzuwenden, die dazu bestimmt sind, Bestandteil von Außenwand-Wärmedämmverbund- systemen gemäß ÖNORM B 6110 zu sein; sie enthält die für dieGüteprüfung und Gütesicherung notwendigen Anforderungen und Prüfbestimmungen. Der Kleber hat die Aufgabe, den Dämmstoff mit dem Untergrund kraftschlüssig zu verbinden, und bildet gemeinsam mit Polystyrol-Partikelschaumstoff der Produktart EPS-F gemäß ÖNORM B 6050 und der Deckschicht gemäß ÖNORM B 6123 ein Wärmedämmverbundsystem, das den in der ÖNORM B 6110 festgelegten Anforderungen entspricht. Die Norm siehteine Fremdüberwachung aufgrund eines Überwachungsvertrages mit einer österreichischen staatlich autorisierten Prüfan- stalt sowie die Kennzeichnung "ÖNORM B 6121 geprüft" vor.
