This Austrian Standard is applicable to rebated and butt (unrebated) single leaf doors, intended for interior work, as well as to the related door frames, wood and steel sets; it also includes entry doors, doors for closed arcades and other doors inside a building. This ÖNORM specifies the requirements for door leaves, door frames as well as wood and steel cases at the moment of supply and defines the dimensions relevant for the relationship between door leave and door frame/wood case/ steel case as well as their position to each other. External doors as well as doors for special purposes, such as lift doors are not within the scope of this Austrian Standard.
