In dieser Richtlinie werden spezielle Mess- und Bewertungsrichtlinien für die Schwingungseinwirkung in Gebäuden aufgezeigt. Im Einzelfall können die Wahrnehmung und gegebenenfalls die Leistungsfähigkeit durch Schwingungen in Gebäuden beeinträchtigt werden, daraus folgt unter Umständen eine erhöhte Unfallgefahr, etwa bei Überwachungsaufgaben. Deshalb werden Anhaltswerte in Abhängigkeit von den Arbeitsanforderungen gegeben, die möglichst nicht überschritten werden sollen.
