In der Nähe elektrifizierter Eisenbahnen können elektrisch leitfähige Gebilde wie Schienen, Rohrleitungen, Stahl- lonstruktionen usw., wenn sie nicht untereinander leitend verbunden sind, gegen Erde unterschiedliche Spannung aufweisen. Wenn metallische Verbindungen beim Umfüllen brennbarer Flüssigkeiten der Gefahrenklassen I oder II oder brennbarer Gase hergestellt oder gelöst werden, können durch Funken- bildung Explosionen und Brände entstehen. Das Dokument liefert dazu geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen, um solche Unfälle zu verhindern.
