Diese Internationale Norm legt Anforderungen an die LEISTUNGSMERKMALE und einige damit verbundene konstruktive Anforderungen an DIAGNOSTIKDOSIMETER fest, die vorgesehen sind für die Messung von LUFTKERMA, LUFTKERMA-LÄNGEN-PRODUKT oder LUFTKERMALEISTUNG in Photonen-Strahlungsfeldern, die in der RADIOGRAPHIE, einschließlich Mammographie, DURCHLEUCHTUNG und COMPUTERTOMOGRAPHIE (CT), bei RÖNTGENRÖHRENSPANNUNGEN von nicht mehr als 150 kV verwendet werden.
