Diese ÖVE/ÖNORM legt fest:
- Prüfverfahren für die Bestimmung des Schallleistungspegels an drehenden elektrischen Maschinen;
- höchste A-bewertete Schallleistungspegel für Abnahmeprüfungen im Herstellerwerk an netzversorgten, drehenden elektrischen Maschinen, die ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60034-1 entsprechen, Kühlverfahren nach ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60034-6 und Schutzarten nach ÖVE/ÖNORM EN 60034-5 aufweisen sowie folgende Eigenschaften haben:
- Normalausführung, für Wechsel- oder Gleichstrom, ohne zusätzliche besondere elektrische, mechanische oder akustische Änderungen zur Verminderung des Schallleistungspegels;
- Bemessungsleistungen von 1 kW (oder kVA) bis einschließlich 5 500 kW (oder kVA);
- eine Bemessungsdrehzahl nicht größer als 3 750 min-1.
- gibt Hinweise für die Bewertung der Geräuschpegel von Wechselstrom-Käfigläufermotoren, die durch Umrichter versorgt werden. Nicht betrachtet sind Wechselstrommotoren mit Umrichterspeisung.
Der Zweck der vorliegenden Norm ist es, höchste A-bewertete Schallleistungspegel LWA in Dezibel (dB) für den Luftschall festzulegen, der von drehenden elektrischen Maschinen in Normalausführung, abhängig von Leistung, Drehzahl und Belastung, abgegeben wird.
