Diese Bestimmung gilt für die Aussendung (Abstrahlung und Weiterleitung) hochfrequenter Störgrößen von: - allen Beleuchtungseinrichtungen mit der Hauptaufgabe, Licht zu Beleuchtungszwecken zu erzeugen und/oder zu verteilen, die entweder für den Anschluß an das Niederspannungsnetz oder für Batteriebetrieb vorgesehen sind; - Beleuchtungseinrichtungen von Mehr-Funktions-Geräten, bei denen eine der Hauptaufgaben dieser Geräte in Beleuchtung ist; - unabhängigem Zubehör für den ausschließlichen Gebrauch mit Beleuchtungseinrichtungen; - Ultraviolett- und Infrarot-Geräten; - Leuchtröhrenanlagen (für Werbezwecke u.ä.); - Straßen- und Flutlichtbeleuchtungen, die für Außenbetrieb vorgesehen sind;- Beleuchtungen in Transportmitteln (in Bussen, Bahnen usw.)
