Pretressing is a technique which has to be treated as a single set of procedures including selection of the system, supply, installation, follow-up services and technical support. Such a set of procedures is offered by prestressed concrete contractors. This ONR regulates the demands and questions of the education and the professional knowledge of personnel which is occupied with the implementation planning and production of structures of pre-stressed concrete and the supervision of the accompanying works.
