This ONR lays down requirements, tests and the quality control for base liners of polyethylene (PE) serving for concrete manhole base units. This ONR is appliccable for products to be used in manholes or inspection chambers according to ÖNORM EN 1917 and ÖNORM B 5072 for gravity sewerage and drainage systems. In-situ installed products or products which serve for the renovation of manholes are not subject of this ONR. This ONR serves as the basis for the procedure for the proof of conformity of the relevant products. Furthermore, in this ONR reference is made to standards concerning test methods which have to used in addition to the provisions of this ONR.
