Sie legt allgemeine Anforderungen an das Emissionsverhalten des Kessels und die dazu erforderlichen Prüfungen fest. Insbesondere wird im Rahmen von Abnahmeprüfungen bzw. Emissionsprüfungen die Einhaltung aller Emissionsgrenzwerte für Staub, CO, Nox und organisch gebundenen Kohlenstoff (OGC) entsprechend den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen geprüft.
