Diese ÖNORM behandelt Anforderungen an die Probenahme bzw. die Bauausführung geeigneter Probenahmevorrichtungen bei der kontinuierlichen Immissionsmessung von Schwebestaub (Gesamtschwebestaub ohne Größenfraktionierung) und der gasförmigen Luftverunreinigungen wie zB durch SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, H2S, O3, Benzol, Toluol, Xylole, Methan, Gesamtkohlenwasserstoffe, flüchtige organische Verbindungen (Ozonvorläufer) hervorgerufen. Zur Bestimmung anderer Komponenten darf diese ÖNORM nicht ohne entsprechende Prüfungen zur Sicherstellung der notwendigen Richtigkeit und Reproduzierbarkeit sowie Vergleichbarkeit der Messergebnisse angewendet werden. Die in dieser ÖNORM beschriebenen Probenahmevorrichtungen für die Messungen von gasförmigen Luftverunreinigungen sind zur Verwendung in Österreich empfohlen und werden auch für Messungen nach ÖNORMEN EN 14211, EN 14212, EN 14625 und EN 14626 sowie ÖNORMEN EN 14662-1 bis -3 herangezogen.
