This Austrian Standard shall be applied to planning, installation and operation of solar thermic systems with water or mixtures of water and antifreezing protection solutions as heat transfer fluids. The following systems are excluded from the scope of this ÖNORM: Drainback systems, thermo-syphon systems, storage collectors and solar showers. The electrotechnical requirements are not subject of this document.
