Diese ÖNORM enthält die Verfahrens- und Vertragsbestimmungen für die Ausführung von Elektroinstallationsarbeiten der Haustechnik. Im Abschnitt l werden Hinweise für die Erstellung der Ausschreibung und des Angebotes gegeben. Es werden alle für Ausschreibung und Angebotskalkulation maßgebenden und erforderlichen Grundlagen angeführt. Der Abschnitt 2 enthält Vertragsbestimmungen für Elektroinstallationsarbeiten der Haustechnik. Diese regeln gemeinsam mit der ÖNORM A 2060 ("Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Leistungen") und der ÖNORM H 2110 ("Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Leistungen der Haustechnik") und den in der Ausschreibung angeführten Fachnormen und besonderen Vertragsbestimmungen die Rechte und Pflichten der Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer. Insbesondere werden alle zur Ausführung notwendigen Nebenleistungen aufgezeigt.
