Dieser Teil dieser ÖNORM legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Monomers Vinylidenchlorid in Prüflebensmitteln fest. Das Verfahren ist auf wäßrige Prüflebensmittel, auf das Fett-Prüflebensmittel Olivenöl und auf dessen anerkannte Ersatzstoffe Sonnenblumenöl und ein Gemisch synthetischer Triglyceride anwendbar. Der Masseanteil des festgestellten Vinylidenchlorids wird in Milligramm Vinylidenchlorid je Kilogramm Prüflebensmittel ausgedrückt. Das Verfahren ist für die quantitative Bestimmung von Vinylidenchlorid bei einem Mindestmasseanteil von 0,05 mg/kg geeignet.
