ÖNORM EN 755-7 legt die Grenzabmaße und Formtoleranzen für stranggepresste nahtlose Rohre aus Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen mit einem Außendurchmesser (OD) von 8 mm bis 450 mm (Rundrohre) oder mit einem Querschnitt, der in einem Umschlingungskreis (CD) von 10 mm bis 350 mm enthalten ist (andere als Rundrohre) fest. Sie werden in geraden Längen geliefert. Diese Norm gilt nur für Rohre, die nach dem nahtlosen Strangpressverfahren hergestellt werden. Diese Norm gilt für stranggepresste nahtlose Rohre für allgemeine Anwendungen. Diese Norm gilt nicht für: Rohre, die nach dem Strangpressverfahren mit Kammer-/Brückenwerkzeug hergestellt werden; Rohre, die in Ringen geliefert werden; Rohre in Ringen, die auf Länge geschnitten werden.
