This European Standard specifies test methods f o r the determination of the translucency of ceramic articles. Two test methods are des cribed : Test method A, a qualitative rnethod for estimating translucency, applicable to ceramic articles within a specified thickness range. - Test method B, a quantitative method for the determination of body translucency requixing test specimens to be cut from ceramic articles.
