ÖNORM D 1210

This ÖNORM defines general requirements for technical documentation services. It is applicable to different forms of documentation services and different ways of documentation service providers: public and private companies, state institutions, social or charitable organizations and in-house service centers, regardless of the company form, structure, size or specialization. This ÖNORM applies to any form of commissioning, regardless of the customer (public or private client), the existing or future customer relationship, the organizational structure of the service provider or the scope of the order. This ÖNORM supplements the requirements for the creation of information products the international standard OVE EN IEC/IEEE 82079-1, restricted to the general requirements of documentation services. This ÖNORM is not applicable to translation and interpreting services .
