Die vorliegende ÖNORM dient zum Nachweis der Erfüllung der schallschutztechnischen Anforderungen durch stichprobenweise Messungen. Weiters sind Angaben über die Auswahl von Messstellen, die zweckmäßige Anzahl von Messungen und Aussagen zu den Vertrauensbereichen der einzelnen Messungen enthalten. Sinngemäß sind die Angaben auch zur Feststellung der bauakustischen Qualität einzelner Nutzungseinheiten zu verwenden. Darüber hinaus sind auch Angaben zum messtechnischen Erkennen von Ursachen bauakustischer Qualitäts-abweichungen in Planung oder Ausführung enthalten.
