Diese ÖNORM ist im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen ÖNORMEN über die technische Planung eines Bauvorhabens zu sehen. Die Bestimmungen dieser ÖNORM sollen dazu dienen, projektgemäße Lösungen ausführungsgerecht zu gestalten, leistungsbezogene Preise ohne umfangreichere Vorarbeiten zu erstellen und die Vergleichbarkeit von Angeboten zu verbessern.
