Diese ÖNORM legt Abmessungen, Anforderungen, Prüfungen und den Nachweis der Normkonformität für Rohre aus Polypropylen fest, die - wegen des Werkstoffes, wegen des Wandaufbaues oder des Anwendungsbereiches - nicht von der ÖNORM EN ISO 15874 (alle Teile), der ÖNORM EN ISO 15494 und der ÖNORM EN ISO 21003 (alle Teile) abgedeckt werden. In dieser ÖNORM wird auch das Verfahren für den Nachweis der Normkonformität von diesen Rohren aus Polypropylen festgelegt. Es kommen Rohre als Vollwandrohre mit homogenem oder mehrschichtigem Wandaufbau aus mehreren der zulässigen Werkstoffe gemäß Tabelle 2 dieser ÖNORM zum Einsatz.
