Diese ÖNORM beschreibt Anforderungen und Prüfungen von Steckmuffenverbindungen mit Längszugsicherung für duktile Gussrohre und Formstücke im Nennweitenbereich DN 80 bis DN 800 für den Einsatz in Wasser-, Abwasser- und Gasleitungen und ergänzt somit die Festlegungen in den ÖNORMEN EN 545 (für Wasserleitungen), EN 598 (für Abwasserleitungen) und EN 969 (für Gasleitungen). Daher enthält diese ÖNORM auch die wichtigsten Abmessungen in Hinblick auf die Gebrauchstauglichkeit und Austauschbarkeit der Bauteile für Steckmuffenverbindungen mit Längszugsicherung.
