This Austrian Standard contains procedural and contractual provisions for the execution of demolition work on buildings or parts of a building.
With regard to the exploration of contaminants and pollutants, ÖNORM B 3151 and ÖNORM EN ISO 16000-32 are to be applied in accordance with the RBV (Regulation for recycled constuction materials).
This Austrian Standard does not include demolition work on structures after uncontrolled forces (e.g. explosion, fire, earthquake, shelling), demolition by blasting with explosives, demolition of objects at risk of collapse, as well as clearing of the demolition object (clearing out) of furniture, other movable equipment, apparatus , bulky waste as well as the removal of other moveable objects (e.g. inventory, pigeon droppings, production residues).
