Gemäß Aufbau und Gestaltung einer Werkvertragsnorm enthält der Abschnitt 1 die Verfahrensbestimmungen, wie z. B. die Hinweise für die Ausschreibung und die Erstellung von Angeboten, und der Abschnitt 2 die Vertragsbestimmungen. In diesem Abschnitt sind die Stoffe, die Ausführung sowie die Ausmaßfeststellung und die Abrechnung geregelt. Diese ÖNORM führt Beispiele zur Berechnung der Hafteranzahl gemäß ÖNORM B 4014 Teil 1 an.
