ÖNORM B 2205

This Austrian Standard contains procedural and contractual provisions governing the execution of soil survey work in loose and solid rock according to ÖNORM EN 1997-2, ÖNORM B 4402 and ÖNORM EN ISO 22475-1 as well as special tests in boreholes and dynamic probing according to ÖNORM B 4419-1 and ÖNORM EN ISO 22476-1 to -3, earthworks in open trenches, piles according to ÖNORM EN 1536, displacement piles according to ÖNORM EN 12699, micro piles according to ÖNORM EN 14199, diaphragm walls according to ÖNORM EN 1538, cut-off walls in accordance with the manual "cut-off walls"; ground anchors in accordance with ÖNORM EN 1537, soil nailing according to ÖNORM EN 14490, grouting according to ÖNORM EN 12715 and ÖNORM B 4454 (does not to apply to the grouting of tendon ducts in structural engineering), jet grouting in accordance with ÖNORM EN 12716, deep mixing in accordance with ÖNORM EN 14679, ground treatment by deep vibration according to ÖNORM EN 14731, well construction in accordance with ÖNORM B 2601, sheet-pile walls according to ÖNORM EN 12063 and shoring (shoring of pits, ditches and trenches which are dug by hand or by machine and where buildings and installations are executed). ÖNORM B 2503 and ÖNORM EN 1610 for the execution of local channel equipment and ÖNORM B 2538-2 and ÖNORM EN 805 for transport and supply lines of water supply equipment are to be observed. Additional provisions are needed for ground freezing, pipe jacking, micro tunnelling, sealing cores in dams, landfills and remediation actions. The procedural and contractual provisions of underground construction work are regulated in ÖNORM B 2203.
