This Austrian Standard includes exclusively the general recommendations for minimum contents of building promoter's contracts according to the Act on Building Promoter's Contracts (BTVG) intended to protect the customer; it, therefore, applies only if payments of more than EUR 150 per m² of useful area have to be made for the construction or complete renovation. In this connection, also those payments have to be considered which the customer has to effect to the building promoter or to third parties for special or additional services or works offered or prescribed by the building promoter.
