Diese ÖNORM legt die Zusammenstellung eines Malkastens mit einem Sortiment meßtechnisch festgelegter Deckfarben für Schule, Studium und Hobby fest, der das Mischen nach farbsystematischen Gesichtspunkten ermöglicht. Die Auswahl der Deckfarben wurde so getroffen, daß ein großer Umfang an Mischfarben erzeugt werden kann. Neben dem Farbsortiment sind auch Regelungen für die Deckweißtube, die Farbschalen und das Gehäuse sowie die notwendigen Prüfbestimmungen getroffen worden.
