The test method specified in this Austrain standard refers to checking the resistance of print and printing inks to solvents that meet the definition in this standard. The test includes prints on all printing substrates carried out in any printing process but also for printing inks on standardized test prints according to ÖNORM A 1200-1. Excluded from the scope of this standard is the test on the durability of the paint and varnishes because this can only be determined by tests in practice.
