Der Leitfaden "Energietechnisches Verhalten von Gebäuden" ist ein technischer Anhang zur OIB-Richtlinie 6 "Energieeinsparung und Wärmeschutz". Er enthält allgemeine Bestimmungen, die Berechnungsmethode für Endenergiebedarf, Primärenergiebedarf, Kohlendioxidemissionen und Gesamtenergieeffizienz-Faktor, das vereinfachte Verfahren sowie Empfehlungen von Maßnahmen für bestehende Gebäude. Weiters ist eine An-leitung zur Befüllung des Energieausweises enthalten.
