Dieses Dokument beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Kenngrößen zur Schätzung der Qualitätsfähigkeit und der Leistung von Produkt- und Prozessmerkmalen. Die Prozessergebnisse dieser Qualitätsmerkmale sind nach acht möglichen Verteilungstypen gegliedert. Für jede dieser Verteilungen werden Berechnungsgleichungen für die statistischen Maßzahlen angegeben.
