Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen, Prüfungen und Werkzeuge für elektrische Buchsenkontakte, Typ A, crimpbar, Klasse S, Größe 8 zur Verwendung in Verbindungselementen nach EN 3155-002 fest (dieser Kontakt kann in Steckverbinder EN 3645 und EN 4165 eingebaut werden). Es ist in Verbindung mit EN 3155-001 anzuwenden. Die dazugehörigen Stiftkontakte sind in EN 3155-065 festgelegt. Der in dieser Norm festgelegte Buchsenkontakt muss mit den Schnittstellenmaßen von Norm EN 3155-065 steckbar und kompatibel sein.
