In dieser ÖNORM wird ein Verfahren zur statischen Berechnungvon erdverlegten Rohrleitungen festgelegt. Dieses Verfahren ist anwendbar a) für Rohrleitunmgen mit und ohne hydrostatischen Innendruck b) für alle handelsüblichen Rohrleitungsmaterialien; anhand eines mechanischen Modells erfolgt die Einteilung in "starre", "semiflexible" und "flexible" Rohre. Grundlagen für das Berechnungsverfahren sind die in ÖNORM B 5012 Teil 1 definierten Auflagerfälle und Einbaufälle. Weiters werden die zu berücksichtigenden Lastannahmen festgelegt, d.s. solche aus Belastungen in Ringrichtung und solche in Richtung der Rohrlängsachse. Anschließend wird das Verfahren zur Berechnung der Schnittgrößen, Spannungen und Verformungen angegeben sowie die erforderlichen Nachweise zur Bemessung. Angeführt werden materialspezifische Sicherheitsbeiwerte, welche eine einheitliche Versagenswahrscheinlichkeit für alle Rohrmaterialien über einen festgelegten Zeitraum zum Ziel haben.
