Die grundsätzliche Berechnung der Heizlast eines Raumes, einer Nutzungs- bzw. Gebäudeeinheit (z. B. Wohnung) sowie eines Gebäudes ist in DIN EN 12831-1:2017 beschrieben. Die vorliegende Vornorm stellt eine nationale Ergänzung zur DIN EN 12831-1 dar und trifft Regelungen zur ihrer Anwendung - i. d. R. durch Definition von Eingangsgrößen bzw. Festlegung von Berechnungsparametern - in Übereinstimmung mit DIN EN 12831-1:2017 Anhang A. Die hydraulische und regelungstechnische Auslegung anlagentechnischer Komponenten sind nicht Gegenstand der DIN EN 12831-1:2017 und des vorliegenden Beiblattes.
