Dieser Teil der Internationalen Norm beschreibt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Widerstandskraft der Farbe von Textilien aller Art und in allen Verarbeitungszuständen gegen die Einwirkung von menschlichem Schweiß. Proben des Textilmaterials werden zusammen mit Begleitgeweben in zwei verschiedenen, Histidin enthaltenden Lösungen behandelt. Die Änderung der Farbe der Probe und das Anbluten der Begleitgewebe werden durch Vergleich mit den Graumaßstäben bewertet.
