Teil I dieser Richtlinie stellt eine erläuternde Dokumentation zu den relevanten Normen und dem rechtlichen Umfeld bezüglich Sicherheit im fachpraktischen Unterricht an Höheren Technischen Lehranstalten dar und bietet dem Anwender einen umfassenden Überblick über die normativen und rechtlichen Anforderungen, die bei Errichtung und Betrieb von Laborplätzen in Höheren Technischen Lehranstalten zu berücksichtigen sind.
Der zweite Teil beinhaltet einen Leitfaden zur Erfassung des sicherheitsrelevanten Ist-Zustandes
elektrotechnischer Laborstätten. Der als Checkliste ausgeführte Leitfaden dient zur Beurteilung des jeweiligen Anlagenzustandes und ermöglicht bundesweit vergleichbare Ergebnisse.
