Diese ÖNORM ist bei Erstellung eines Energieausweises entsprechend der Richtlinie 2002/91/EG bzw. 2010/31/EU für Nutzungszonen und/oder -einheiten in Gebäuden und/oder Gebäudeteilen anzuwenden, die mit haustechnischen Systemen ausgestattet sind. Am Energieausweisformular werden Gebäudekenngrößen aufgrund einer rechnerischen Ermittlung zusammengestellt. Ein Vergleich dieses ermittelten Energiebedarfes mit vergleichbaren Gebäuden oder Gebäudeteilen ist damit möglich.
