Diese ÖNORM enthält die Verfahrens- und Vertragsbestimmungen für die Herstellung von Außenwand-Wärmedämmverbundsystemen. Im ersten Abschnitt werden Hinweise für die Erstellung der Ausschreibung und des Angebotes gegeben. Es werden alle für Ausschreibung und Angebotskalkulation maßgebenden und erforderlichen Grundlagen angeführt. Der zweite Abschnitt enthält Vertragsbestimmungen für Herstellungsarbeiten von Außenwand-Wärmedämmverbundsystemen. Diese regeln gemeinsam mit der ÖNORM A 2060 ("Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Leistungen") und der ÖNORM B 2110 ("Allgemeine Vertragsbestimmungen für Bauleistungen") und den in der Ausschreibung angeführten Fachnormen und besonderen Vertragsbestimmungen die Rechteund Pflichten der Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer. Insbesondere werden alle zur Ausführung notwendigen Nebenleistungen aufgezeigt.
