Norm timeline

Section 5 to Section 12 of this ÖNORM contains the general contractual provisions for construction work using the partnership model. The application of this ÖNORM is intended for large projects and complex construction projects. The provisions of this ÖNORM should be used together with the standards to be specified in the contract (e.g. ÖNORMEN technical content) form the unchanging contractual provisions of construction contracts. The respective special provisions of the construction contract for the individual case have the construction work itself and the detailed circumstances of the provision of services. In its entirety it should a complete description and clear definition of the agreed construction work can be achieved. This ÖNORM does not apply to consumer transactions.
