This ÖNORM specifies the procedure of determination of price in building and construction. It gives, without restricting the entrepreneurial freedom of calculation in the specific case, hints for the possible structure of the calculation and regulates the presentation of the price determination.
The provisions of this ÖNORM provide a guideline for verifying the appropriateness of prices and for identifying and verifying excess or shortage receivables in the event of deviations in performance.
